30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom embroidery, engraving or custom sizes, in its original condition within 30 days of the date your order was placed for an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs). It's that simple.
All returned item(s) must contain original packaging materials, gift boxes, warranty cards and documentation.
Any item that is no longer in stock and is specially ordered upon your request may not be returned.
Silver items that come in a plastic seal (for scratch protection) may not be returned once removed from the original seal.
Gift certificates orders may only be cancelled and refunded for up to 30 days from the time of purchase.
All international purchases are final. Any costs relating to customs, duties, taxes, etc. will be borne by buyer.
International customers must checkout using the 'PayPal Express Checkout' - instead of the regular checkout, and must have a verified PayPal account.


Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If the item was delivered to you with a damage, you must report it to us within two days of delivery. Returns made without The Chassans Place return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Please note, your return must be received at our location within 30 days of the date your order was placed.
All items with value of over $100 are shipped with insurance. If these items are returned, the refund will not include this insurance expense - the actual cost of the shipment will be deducted.

How to Prepare a Return

To return an item to The Chassans Place, follow our three step process:

  1. Your Return Authorization Code. Log in to your Users Account and proceed to Order History. There you will find a link to request an RMA. Once your request is approved by our staff, you will receive an email with your RMA code. Clearly mark the return package with this RMA number.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
  3. Insure Your Package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached The Chassans Place. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
