Shipping Time

Our shipping policies are listed below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

• We ship all standard in-stock items within two business days.
• Items requiring minor customization, such as Tallis with middleband, sideband, custom tzitzis type, all require additional 3-5 business days.
• Other customized items such as engraved, embroidered, imprints, or custom sizes, require 5-7 business days to process.

For rush orders please contact us.

Our standard shipping method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground. The UPS chart below will help you calculate the delivery time to your destination. If you need to expedited the shipment, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Some items on our website currently feature Free Shipping. These are limited offers and may be withdrawn at any time prior to (but not after) you place an order. Free Shipping applies to orders shipped via Standard Ground Shipping (not Rush or Freight) and applies only within the 48 Contiguous States.
Please be advised, that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, a regular street address must be entered.

Shipping Cost

You will see the shipping charges for your order after entering your shipping information before completing your order. You may also use our Estimated Shipping Charges feature to view the estimated shipping cost before proceeding with checkout. This feature can be found after adding an item to cart, right below the checkout options.

International Orders

• Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail international (delivers in 6-10 days).
• Expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail International (delivers in 3-5 days) is available upon request.

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the United States are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. The Chassan's Place has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
